Home To MeYou close the heavy white door behind you, kicking your soggy canvas shoes off with much effort before trudging forward. It is a small apartment you are moving through. A tv you bought off a friend before leaving your parent's house sits in the corner of your one room, studio apartment. Its main purpose is decoration, however, because you cannot afford cable. You work as a free-lance artist, struggling to make ends meet while attending college in Vancouver, Canada. On and around the TV are stacks of folded fabric, whatever you have bulked up on to use later on costume commissions or your own cosplay hobbies.

Mmm nope I don't think I'm going to Aki-con. I want to go to Sakura-con but it all depends on money and I'm not getting any commissions lately so its unlikely. I will be cosplay Fai from Tsubasa chronicles in the upcoming months though, regardless of whether I go to a convention, and that will be a pretty extravagant costume. But hopefully I can scrape the money together and go to Sakura-con, I haven't missed it since I started going three years ago.
